In an uplifting story today, a woman was just called to help someone she saw on a park bench. Without knowing her. Without knowing why.

A lucky meeting between two strangers on a park bench in Georgia altered a woman's life for the better. Their heartwarming reunion showcased the impact of divine intervention.

Years ago, Deborah Rushing faced challenging times. She found herself in an unhealthy relationship, feeling lost and in need of help. Unbeknownst to her, God sent assistance in the form of Helen Boyd, a stranger who appeared at just the right moment.

"I saw Miss Helen standing in front of the fountain in front of me, looking at me, I knew that from the moment I looked at her that there was something very special about her."

That encounter blossomed into mentorship and friendship. Deborah expressed immense gratitude for Helen's support and guidance, calling her an angel sent by God. They reunited on Today with Hoda and Jenna, sharing their emotional story and the faith that brought them together.

Deborah acknowledged God's role in their connection, saying, "We've gotta give thanks to God. Because she was my angel sent to me."
